A dead fetus was discovered at the hospital gate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police investigations are ongoing to locate the woman and determine the circumstances surrounding the dead fetus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commander Niwamanya warned residents against promoting mob justice, emphasizing that it is punishable by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Cue in &#8230; Niwamanya on the incident.
